President and CEO
Established in the Caribbean for 30 years, Laurent POYEN is a very active businessman in the region. This jovial father of three children, enjoying navigation, aviation, kitesurfing and hiking, has built a holding company bringing together a food, alcohol and tobacco distribution company, as well as duty-free shops, restaurants, and a logistics and transport company.
True serial entrepreneur he has also been a member of the CCI network (Chambers of Commerce and Industry), has been president of The Caribbean Angels (an association dedicated to financing high-potential companies and projects), created an investment fund that is still active, and has led several companies, including in English-speaking markets.
A ESLCA Business School graduate, this native Parisian constantly scans the horizon. He has boundless curiosity and is always on the lookout for new trends and business opportunities.
Cécile TESSANNE
Administrative and Financial Director
Cécile TESSANNE is a born navigator and a talented rugby woman. Over the past 20 years, she has proven her value by first managing a shop, then a branch, to finally manage the administrative and financial parts of the entire group.
As a graduate of ESSEC with a specialization in finance and management, she also represents the Company with the Cluster Maritime Guadeloupe and the Propeller Club, bringing together more than a hundred businessmen and women involved in port companies around the world.
Carlos LISCANO
Director of Sales and Marketing
Originally from Caracas, Carlos LISCANO began his career with the consulting firm Deloitte before joining the British American Tobacco group (BAT) in Venezuela. True globetrotter, he then landed in Montreal where he continued his ascent in large companies such as Anheuser-Busch, BAT Canada, SABMiller, then the advertising group Ogilvy, where he became account director of B2B strategy in Montreal. In 2016 he made the leap to the Caribbean to join the LPH group as director of what he describes as “the best sales team in the Caribbean region”. Holder of a Master of Business Administration and an Executive Certificate in Digital Business Models, Carlos is not only a driven businessman. He is also a happy father of two, an art lover, and a music passionate, who when he has the time, loves to heat up the dance floors of Martinique.
Maréva ALLEAUME
Retail Director
For nearly 15 years, Maréva ALLEAUME has been in charge of defining the commercial policy of the group’s points of sale and overseeing customer service. Combining a Marketing degree and an Operational Management degree from ESSEC, she understands the challenges and constraints of an ever-changing market, and constantly strives to renew the group’s offer.
