The group’s logistics partner, Logitex offers a complete service across 1,500 m². The site includes temperature-controlled and ambient storage areas. Reception, warehousing, preparation, and dispatch are handled from Fort-de-France, near the Port de Commerce. Logitex also offers bonded warehousing.
Logitex is a turnkey logistic solution. With its 1,500 m2 warehouse equipped with a directed and ambient temperature system, it offers a flexible storage solution for all types of goods. Reception, control, storage, preparation and provision on a modern site located near the Port de Commerce of Fort-de-France. Logitex also offers a bonded storage service.

Laurent POYEN
President and CEO
Laurent POYEN has been based in the Caribbean for more than 30 years. He is a well-known businessman in the region, and he has built a solid holding company. It brings together food distribution, tobacco, and beverage businesses, duty-free shops, a restaurant, and a logistics company. He is a father of three. He is passionate about sailing, aviation, kitesurfing, and mountain sports.
Laurent POYEN is a serial entrepreneur. He has been involved with CCI networks and employer associations. Notably, he chaired Caraïbes Angels, an association dedicated to funding high-potential projects. He also created an investment fund that remains active today. He has also led several companies in English-speaking markets.
Laurent POYEN holds a degree from ESLSCA. He is originally from Paris. He is curious and observant, always on the lookout for new trends and business opportunities.
Thomas DIAZ
Sales Director
Thomas Diaz holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Pau. He built his career in distribution across the French Antilles.
He gained experience in trade marketing and business development at major national brand distributors (Procter & Gamble, British American Tobacco). He first joined TCS in 2022, before taking over as Sales Director in September 2025.
Today, he leads market development across Martinique and Guadeloupe.
